About the event
Join us for a new annual workshop where we study domestic skills throughout the 19th century. This mini day conference will be at the Neill-Cochran Museum in Austin, Texas, and will take place on May 22nd, 2022, from 10AM-2PM. This year, we are studying everything about the 1830s-clothing and fashion, food and etiquette, furniture and decorating, and needlework and crafting popular in the decade. Join us as we learn and practice skills that those in the 1830s would have known and practiced. Lunch is included.
