Participants will prepare and taste recipes from The Texas Cookbook in th eStarr Family's Home's 1880s kitchen using their woodboring stove.  Menu includes:  Green Corn Soup, A nice Way to Cook a Round of Beef, Celery on Toast, Saratoga Potatoes, and a TBD dessert.
